Policy Highlights

6 key things every parent should know

Classes start on time

A maximum 15-minute late window applies. Classes end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival.

📅

Missed classes are not rescheduled

Sessions missed without prior notice are treated as completed. Rescheduling requires at least 12 hours notice.

💰

Payment due before each month

Classes will not be held where payment is outstanding. Fees are tied to reserved slots, not attendance alone.

💻

Students must join prepared

Laptop preferred, quiet space required, materials ready, and a stable internet connection is essential.

Sessions may be recorded

Recordings are used for quality assurance only. Student data is handled responsibly and never shared.

7 days notice to withdraw

Outstanding or scheduled sessions at time of withdrawal are handled at management's discretion.

Daily Declaration Consent
At Stones of Wisdom Tutors, we open and close each class with a brief scriptural and morally grounded declaration to encourage confidence, purpose, and identity in every learner. This will be shared with you during onboarding.

Payment is to be made at the beginning of each class session / month. Classes will not be held where payment is outstanding.
